Using this website

This website is here to give you information about our BER assessment services. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse it, try to disrupt it, or copy its content or branding without our permission.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending us your details through the quote form is a request for a quote, not a binding agreement. Any price we give is an estimate based on the information provided, and it may change once we confirm the details of the property. A booking is only confirmed when we agree it with you directly.

Our service

We carry out BER assessments as an SEAI registered assessor. Your BER certificate is produced and issued through the SEAI's national system. We aim to have your certificate ready within the timeframe we agree with you, usually within a week, though this can depend on access to the property and the information provided.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it is complete or free of errors. Prices, turnaround times and coverage areas are indicative and may change.
